About the event
This class will help you gain an understanding of exactly how much work goes into bringing you that morning cup-a-joe. A unique and interesting journey into the coffee farms, processing mills, right up through the roasting process. You will also learn the basics of coffee tasting, called "cupping". This is a specific method of coffee tasting used by coffee professionals. No prior coffee knowledge is necessary.
